Private AI assistant & optional texts

Noor’s family organizer is available only to the verified family accounts. It keeps encrypted school and hockey sources, tasks, up to 40 working conversation entries, up to 400 recent private recall entries, 50 saved preferences, 1,500 practice attempts and 60 teaching-method reviews. Parents can review Nareen’s family records. Noor’s notebook and chat let you correct or forget memories, export the private journal, and pause learning. Forgetting leaves opaque replay-prevention markers; school sources, family-reported schedule updates, tasks and provider delivery records are separate. Schedule updates keep their source and revision history and can be removed in the notebook. Private organizer messages, sources and learner records do not go to external AI or voice synthesis. Teaching specialists receive only generic educational packages and bounded teaching settings. A passing mood is temporary context, not a permanent profile.

Signed-in guests may use the private AI assistant. Parents may separately opt in to conversational and automated party texts. Phone numbers, delivery status, and authorized RSVP actions are used only to manage this private event. Raw chat and text transcripts are not retained as conversation memory. For useful follow-up through the event and wrap-up, the AI assistant keeps up to eight recent pseudonymized, encrypted turns, a bounded summary, and encrypted sanitized history for limited recall. Credentials, private links, contact details, and health information are excluded. Conversation memory is closed when a parent host explicitly concludes the event. Reply STOP at any time to end optional texts.

Optional voice sends recordings to OpenAI for transcription and eligible reply text for AI-generated speech. Adults must agree to the voice notice; children require a parent’s approval. Recordings are processed temporarily rather than saved in conversation memory. Record makes an editable draft. Talk live sends spoken questions when you pause and speaks the answer; requests to change information stop for review before sending. The microphone stops when you end voice, close chat, or leave the page. Do not include sensitive personal or health details in recordings.

Private Player Lounge

Signed-in invitees may post text topics, comments, and permitted direct messages. A local privacy filter runs before automated safety moderation or storage. Approved content is retained for safety and reviewable by the parent hosts. Messages do not disappear.

Art Studio

Signed-in users can create fictional artwork. Only locally screened creative descriptions and a selected art style are sent to OpenAI for image generation and safety moderation; account names, contacts and conversation history are not sent with them. Images and descriptions are saved privately in encrypted storage and can be downloaded. Creators choose whether to share in the invitation-only gallery, which uses creator aliases. Hosts can review artwork, and reported images are hidden pending their review. Shared creations can be downloaded by permitted viewers; unsharing cannot recall a copy already downloaded. Contact a parent host for deletion requests.
